Step 13- Domestication in U.S.

Once you are home with your child, adoptive parents should domesticate their adoption.

This must be completed in the state where you reside. Adoption Source will refer Florida families to our attorney who will complete this step for a much reduced rate.

Once you domesticate the adoption, you will receive a birth certificate from the vital statistic office from the state in which you reside.
